Assets to be sold at auction include all Intellectual Property (Trademarks, Domain Names, etc.), Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Pallet Racking, Computers, Shipping Department, Pallet Wrapper and any remaining inventory.

Sale starts at 10:30am. PST (I.P. will be sold at 12 noon)

This sale is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of California commercial code 9610. A list of the IP is available upon request.

Registration & Payment Information:

13.5% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to bid total. 

SPECIAL TERMS (I.P. Only): $25,000 refundable deposit is required to bid on the IP.  Bidder must bring a Cashier's Check made payable to Brian Testo Associates, LLC on auction day, or wire the deposit 48 hours prior to auction day.  Proxy bids for the IP will be accepted upon receipt of a $25,000 deposit, which must be sent by wire transfer, no later than 48 hours prior to sale.
