Founded in 2014\, it offers a range of models\, including cruisers\, commuters\, and fat-tire bikes\, designed for both city and off-road use. \nAssets include all tangible and intangible assets of E-Lux Electric bikes located in Fountain Valley\, California.  \nInventory includes: \nElectric Bikes: The inventory includes 821 electric bikes with batteries. There are approximately 142 additional bikes without batteries which will be included for parts only. All E-Lux batteries are Samsung batteries and are CE rated. Other Tangible Assets include: 2 shipping containers\, warehouse racking\, forklift\, forklift battery charger\, heavy duty bicycle build and repair stands/stations and office furniture.Intangible Assets include:intellectual property such as Company name\, domain name \, website. \nTerms: Sale conducted on behalf of the secured creditor in compliance with article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC-1). Entire inventory to be sold as one lot to a single buyer. No buyer’s premium. A $30\,000 refundable deposit is required to participate in bidding.
