Brian Testo Associates, LLC is pleased to announce the online timed auction of physical assets from 3DEO, Inc.’s metal additive manufacturing facility. Equipment spans metrology, thermal processing, CNC machining, surface finishing, compressed air, and material handling — representing a complete precision manufacturing plant.

Asset Inspection:

All inspection visits must be scheduled in advance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Acceptable payments: Cashier’s check or wire transfer within 48 hours of the sale close, no later than 3:00 PM PDT on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
An 18.5% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all assets purchased, provided full payment is made within 48 hours following the sale. For any buyers failing to pay within the 48-hour payment period, the Buyer’s Premium will be increased to 20%.
REMOVAL
The deadline to remove small carry-out items is Friday, August 21, 2026. All removal is by appointment only. Buyers of large machines will be granted an extended checkout time but must pay in full by the deadline above and contact the Auctioneer to schedule a removal appointment. Please note that no forklifts are available on site.
SECURITY DEPOSIT — OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS
A $2,500 refundable security deposit is required prior to buyer approval (Wire Transfer ONLY). Wire transfer must be posted no later than 12:00 noon PDT on Monday, August 17, 2026. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, the buyer will not be permitted to participate in the auction. No exceptions. Buyer acknowledges and accepts that the deposit will be refunded once full payment is made, or if the buyer did not win any bids.
