Brian Testo Associates, LLC is pleased to announce the online timed auction of assets from Spearman Aerospace, Inc., featuring an outstanding collection of late-model CNC machining centers, turning centers, 5-axis machines, precision inspection equipment, tooling, and support equipment from a Santa Fe Springs, California aerospace manufacturing facility.

All inspection visits must be scheduled in advance.
TERMS:
PAYMENT Acceptable payments: Cashier’s check or wire transfer within 48 hours of the sale close no later than 3pm Friday April 10, 2026. An 18.5% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all assets purchased, provided full payment is made within 48 hours following the sale. For any buyers failing to pay within the 48-hour payment period, the Buyer’s Premium will be increased to 20%.
REMOVAL: The deadline to remove purchased items is Friday, April 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM. All removal is by appointment only. Buyers of large machines will be contacted shortly after the conclusion of the auction to schedule a removal appointment, as space is limited and items must be removed in a specific order to allow access for remaining machines. Please note that no forklifts are available on site.
SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT FOR OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS: A $2,500 refundable security deposit required prior to buyer approval. (Wire Transfer ONLY). Wire transfer must be posted by 12 NOON on Tuesday April 7th. No exceptions. Buyer acknowledges and accepts that deposit will be refunded once full payment is made or if the Buyer did not win any bids.
