E-Lux Electric Bikes is a Southern California-based company that designs and builds premium electric bicycles known for their comfort, durability, and stylish designs. Founded in 2014, it offers a range of models, including cruisers, commuters, and fat-tire bikes, designed for both city and off-road use.
Assets include all tangible and intangible assets of E-Lux Electric bikes located in Fountain Valley, California.
Inventory includes:
Electric Bikes: The inventory includes 821 electric bikes with batteries. There are approximately 142 additional bikes without batteries which will be included for parts only. All E-Lux batteries are Samsung batteries and are CE rated. Other Tangible Assets include: 2 shipping containers, warehouse racking, forklift, forklift battery charger, heavy duty bicycle build and repair stands/stations and office furniture.Intangible Assets include:intellectual property such as Company name, domain name , website.
Terms: Sale conducted on behalf of the secured creditor in compliance with article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC-1). Entire inventory to be sold as one lot to a single buyer. No buyer’s premium. A $30,000 refundable deposit is required to participate in bidding. The deposit must be received no later than 24 hours before the auction, or by 10:30 AM on January 8, 2025, to be eligible to bid.
